About the Mexican Grand Prix Circuit

Based in Mexico City, the venue is named after the famed racing drivers Ricardo and Pedro Rodríguez. It's situated within the public park of the Magdalena Mixhuca Sports City in south-east Mexico City, and at more than 2,200 metres above sea level, the Foro Sol Stadium is home to the highest circuit on the F1 calendar. The event dropped off the Grand Prix calendar in 1992, returning in 2015 after renovation and alterations to develop the 4.304-kilometre, 17-turn track.
