Dominic Titchener-Barrett
Dominic founded DTB after initially coming from a background as a City banker turned sports agent. More than 5 years of experience working in the City and a further 3 years at a London based sports marketing agency gave Dominic the base ingredients to set up DTB in August 2002. An exceptional network of contacts and events experience enables him to access the most exclusive events in the UK and abroad. It is on the strength of his industry expertise and impeccable track record that Dominic services clients that include several FTSE 100 index companies.
Chief Financial Officer and Founder
Alex Titchener-Barrett
About
Al joined the business in 2004 as a stopgap whilst being in between jobs. What became a temporary position in sales, grew into an ongoing 20-year career in senior account management and running the finances of the business.
Hobbies
Al became World Rackets Doubles Champion in 2011 & 2015 and has won numerous national and international titles. As a former World Number 2 ranked Rackets player and currently still competes at elite level in the top 6 in the world, he also plays competitive tennis and squash. He has exceptional sporting achievements, but on the side loves food and travel.
What is favourite hospitality event you have been to and why?
An immersive theatre show/experience called ‘You Me Bum Bum Train’ back in 2016– was the most amazing creative, surprising, shocking experience I have ever witnessed.

Harry Francis
About
Harry joined in January 2009 with an internship and progressed through many of the existing job roles to where he is now at director level, COO. He has a wealth of experience managing key accounts and is also important in discovering new reliable supply routes for the company and enable access to sold-out events.
Hobbies
Harry is a real sports enthusiast. He loves watching all kinds of sports, from football to rugby to cricket. He also enjoys playing golf, squash, and 7-a-side football (this a few years back!). While weekdays are office central, Harry loves looking after his kids and catching up with friends when he can.

Rob Partington
About
Rob joined the DTB team as a Corporate Sales Executive in 2015 and is now leading the sales team in generating new business whilst developing relationships with DTB’s existing key accounts.
Hobbies
A retired Goalkeeper, now enjoy spending time watching all sports (mainly football), playing golf terribly, going to live gigs and going to the best place on earth, Glastonbury.

Partnerships and Operations Manager
Olivia Spiller
About
Olivia joined DTB in November 2021 as Partnerships and Operations Manager and liaises directly with clients from booking through to delivery. Olivia is dedicated in her approach and ensures that the service provided is that of the highest standard. As well as managing Logistics and Operations for the business, Olivia is keen to develop and nurture new partnerships that will help to grow the company. Olivia also leads on team events and oversees development of the marketing department.
Hobbies
Olivia enjoys all things equestrian having worked in Horse Racing and Polo and loves riding when she can. A country girl at heart, she loves the great outdoors and is a keen singer who will never pass up a karaoke opportunity – after a wine or two!

Richard joined DTB in 2016 having worked in the Financial sector for 10 years including Cazenove Capital Management and Merrill Lynch. He brings a wealth of experience in Relationship Management and an intricate understanding of the Financial sector and Ultra High Net worth individuals.

After a degree in Business Sports Management Katie joined the DTB team in 2021 with enthusiasm and knowledge of all things sports. Katie's experience working on luxury yachts honed her passion for customer service, offering clients a personal and professional experience from start to finish. The dynamism of sales drives Katie to grow and nurture DTB’s clients, bringing together all aspects of account management to ensure DTB is an industry leader in luxury corporate hospitality. Following her first year, Katie became head of Formula 1 for DTB, providing exclusive and exacting customer service to this luxury market.
Hobbies
Katie's favourite thing to do is sit in the sun with a glass of rosé. Who doesn't love that? When she's not with her friends, you'll find her playing polo, at the gym, or stealing Snoop for dog walks.

Scott joined the team at the start of 2022 after two years as a Business Development Consultant. Prior to this, he has been exposed to the major events sector working at both Wembley Stadium and Silverstone for the British Grand Prix, where he noted the fast-paced and palpable energy venues and events have. Scott now enjoys brining this to life for DTB's clients and thrives off creating and completing the perfect event experience.

Watford FC Supporter (Sadly), love to watch all sports under the sun as well as trying to play as many of them as possible very averagely. Played football all of my life, love to travel and experience new things.

Toby Gould

Toby Joined DTB in September 2022 after graduating from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Business Management. Prior to joining, Toby worked at a variety of events, such as Royal Ascot, working in a customer facing role. It was here he discovered the joy of providing a rounded experience, particularly at prestigious events, ensuring clients were greeted with both personality and professionalism.

An avid Arsenal supporter and semi-professional footballer, Toby has an ongoing passion for sport and brings energy and enthusiasm to his role as a corporate sales executive.

Amelia Baron

Amelia joined the team in the Marketing department in October 2022. Having graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2021 and taking a gap year, Amelia finally found herself at DTB. With her fresh Gen Z insights, Amelia is eager to contribute to DTB's growth and expand its reach, especially through TikTok…
Hobbies
Having always loved sport growing up, Amelia loves to stay active and get involved when she can. Growing up she loved taking part in all sports, mainly hockey. Now it's a quick lunchtime jog or an evening run along the river, that Amelia does to get out of the office and explore the streets of London. When she can Amelia also loves to travel the world. Having seen places near and far from her year out, she is always on the lookout for new destinations to explore.
Greatest Achievement
Running the London Marathon 2023. This was her first marathon and was achieved in under 4 hours. Since then, she’s never hung up the shoes.

Laura joined DTB in May 2023, after wrapping up her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Exeter, she decided to translate her sporting knowledge into bringing fresh ideas to the marketing team across blogs, social media, and managing the website! Her passion for sports originated from her background as a dancer, nowadays, she's more likely to be seen busting a move on the dance floor than performing pirouettes.
Hobbies
Aside from creating captivating Instagram captions, Laura loves spending time with her furry friend Larry, a golden retriever, taking long walks, drinking aperol spritz, especially when in Rome, and soaking up the sun. Bali was her latest travel adventure, but she's always on the lookout for new places to explore. Laura also enjoys staying active through running, going to the gym, and the occasional spin class!

Jasmine Etheridge
Jasmine re-joined DTB in May 2024 after completing her Sports Science and Management degree. Previously, she served as the Logistics and Operations Assistant at DTB for 15 months during her industrial university placement.
In her new role as Senior Logistics and Operations Executive, Jasmine will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and operations. This will ultimately allow DTB to provide clients with the highest quality service.
Hobbies
A passionate advocate for women's sports and an avid football player herself, Jasmine embodies the spirit of "Her Game Too." When not on the pitch you'll find her outside with her dog Poppy, or spending time with her family and friends. An outgoing and confident character, you'll often find her debating a topic she believes in – even when she knows she might be on the losing side!

Cath hails from Yorkshire and joined DTB in 2016, having worked in banking, office administration and accounting for many years.

the years Cath has been involved with many diverse businesses and thoroughly enjoys her work at DTB, and especially being part of such a happy team.

Ria Parsons

Ria joined DTB in September 2023 after obtaining her degree in Sports Science and Management. She has been a passionate netball player since the age of six, and has also excelled in gymnastics and dance. During her time at Nottingham Trent University, Ria played BUCS netball. Her outstanding customer care skills and exceptional organizational abilities make her a perfect fit for our logistics team, where she ensures that our clients are completely satisfied.
Hobbies
Ria's desk is never complete without a steaming cup of tea. But, when she's not sipping tea, she's out and about, exploring the outdoors, shopping, and hanging out with friends. Ria's always up for a challenge, too, and has tackled many of the UK's peaks, including Snowdon, the Lake and Peak District.

Alex Thompson
About
Alex joined the sales team at DTB in 2023 having enjoyed 5 years teaching at a school in Hounslow. He has a master’s degree from Bath Spa University, a Postgraduate Diploma from UCL and an undergraduate degree from Newcastle University. He has also worked as a sports copyrighter, working with companies such as The Premier League, The ATP Tour and UEFA. Alex uses his sporting knowledge and ability to understand client needs to ensure an unforgettable event experience.
Hobbies
Alex’s love of sport goes beyond the office and he enjoys going to watch events live; highlights have included The French Open tennis, football in Brazil, The London Olympics and watching Fulham at Wembley. Next on his list is an F1 race weekend. When not watching sport, Alex can be found playing 5-a-side or watching Harry Potter and Pirates of the Caribbean, again.

Alex played boules (with tennis balls) in the changing room with Marin Čilić just before he went out and lost the 2017 Wimbledon Final to Roger Federer.

Max joined DTB this November as Corporate Sales Executive, after spending 1 year as a Sales Negotiator at Tower Bridge as well as a few years in the hospitality sector. He made the moved to London from Hampshire in summer 2022 and now lives in Hammersmith. Back in Hampshire he worked at the Goodwood Aerodrome for his families aerobatics business, where he had to be a stunt double for a couple of Z list celebrities who couldn’t endure the loops and barrel rolls…
Hobbies
Max loves all sports but mainly football and MMA. He is a long suffering Tottenham fan and tries to attend the UFC/big boxing events whenever they come to the UK.

Snoop joined the DTB team at the beginning of June 2013. He's the motivator of the group making sure that the post is delivered on time, or else. He uses his love of tennis balls and shoe laces to keep the team in check. Do not be deceived by those loveable eyes and shiny fur, he's a heart breaker.

Snoopy's favourite thing is cuddles, and will none stop distract you until he gets one.
