Dom Titchener-Barrett
Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Dom Titchener-Barrett
Dominic founded DTB after initially coming from a background as a City banker turned sports agent. More than 5 years of experience working in the City and a further 3 years at a London based sports marketing agency gave Dominic the base ingredients to set up DTB in August 2002. An exceptional network of contacts and events experience enables him to access the most exclusive events in the UK and abroad. It is on the strength of his industry expertise and impeccable track record that Dominic services clients that include several FTSE 100 index companies.
Alex Titchener-Barrett
Chief Financial Officer and Founder
Alex Titchener-Barrett
Al joined DTB in 2004 and what started as a temporary sales role has grown into more than 20 years in senior account management and overseeing the company's finances. A former World No. 2 Rackets player and two-time World Rackets Doubles Champion, he continues to compete at an elite level while also enjoying tennis, squash, food and travel. His favourite hospitality experience was the immersive theatre production You Me Bum Bum Train, which he describes as the most creative and unforgettable event he has ever attended.
Harry Francis

Harry Francis
Harry joined DTB in 2009 as an intern and has progressed through the business to become Chief Operating Officer. With extensive experience managing key accounts and sourcing access to high-demand, sold-out events, he plays a key role in DTB's success. A passionate sports fan, he enjoys football, rugby, cricket and golf, while his most unforgettable sporting moment was witnessing Super Saturday at the London 2012 Olympics, when Jess Ennis-Hill, Mo Farah and Greg Rutherford all won gold medals.
Rob Partington
Head of Sales
Rob Partington
Rob joined DTB in 2015 as a Corporate Sales Executive and now leads the sales team, driving new business while building strong relationships with key clients. A keen sports fan, he enjoys football, golf, live music, with the unforgettable Glastonbury Festival 2023 standing out as his favourite event experience.

Richard joined DTB in 2016 having worked in the Financial sector for 10 years including Cazenove Capital Management and Merrill Lynch. He brings a wealth of experience in Relationship Management and an intricate understanding of the Financial sector and Ultra High Net worth individuals.

Cath joined DTB in 2016, bringing many years of experience in banking, office administration and accounting. She plays an important role in managing the company’s financial and accounting systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly and accurately. She enjoys being part of the DTB team and the positive environment it creates.
Alex Thompson
Business Development Manager
Alex Thompson
Alex joined DTB in 2023 after five years in teaching, bringing a wealth of sporting knowledge and experience, including work as a sports copywriter for organisations such as the Premier League, ATP Tour and UEFA. He uses his expertise to match clients with unforgettable event experiences. A passionate sports fan, he loves attending live events and playing football, while his most unusual claim to fame is playing boules with Marin Čilić before the 2017 Wimbledon final.

Lucy Provenzano
Lucy joined DTB in 2026, bringing over 25 years of experience across events, hospitality and sport, including 17 years at Chelsea FC. She loves Australia, with Sydney being her favourite city destination, and is a big supporter of the band her daughter sings in. With too many favourite events to choose from, ABBA Voyage stands out as a truly mesmerising experience and her standout sporting memory is watching Chelsea win the Champions League in Munich in 2012, a celebration she will never forget!
Jasmine Etheridge
Logistics and Operations Manager
Jasmine Etheridge
Jasmine rejoined DTB in 2024 after completing her degree in Sports Science and Management, having previously completed a 15-month placement with the company. As Logistics and Operations Manager, she works closely with the sales team to deliver seamless operations and exceptional service for clients. A passionate supporter of women's sport and keen footballer, she enjoys spending time with her dog Poppy, family and friends. Her fun claim to fame? Her dad won Total Wipeout!

Laura joined DTB in 2023 after graduating from the University of Exeter with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science. As part of the marketing team, she creates engaging content across blogs, social media and the website, combining her passion for sport with fresh creative ideas. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, keeping active and spending time with her golden retriever, Larry. Her most unforgettable experience was accidentally swimming with sharks in the Galápagos Islands.
George Butt

George joined DTB in 2026 following seven years as a residential property agent in London, bringing strong people skills and a competitive edge shaped by his lifelong involvement in sport. A passionate sportsman, he has earned coaching badges across rugby and padel and loves environments built on teamwork, competition and energy. Known for building genuine, long term relationships with clients, George enjoys new sporting challenges, time with friends and anything that combines competition with good company.

Senior Logistics and Operations Executive
Ria Parsons
Ria joined DTB in 2023 after graduating in Sports Science and Management. A lifelong netball player, she combines her passion for sport with excellent organisation and customer service to help deliver seamless experiences for DTB's clients. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, taking on hiking challenges, shopping and spending time with friends. Her most unforgettable experience was visiting Disneyland Florida.

Jack Cornelius
Jack joined DTB in 2026 as a Corporate Sales Executive, bringing previous experience from The Hurlingham Club alongside a background in Business and Audio Production from BIMM University. With a keen interest in music and live events, he enjoys creating memorable experiences for clients and discovering new events himself. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing and attending live music events, with a recent Kanye West performance standing out as a favourite.

Abi Ferguson
Abi joined DTB in 2026, bringing experience across corporate sports hospitality, live events, luxury property marketing and two ski seasons after graduating from the University of Bristol. A former Junior GB rower, she has always had a passion for sport, which she now combines with creating engaging content. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, skiing and spending time with family and friends. Her favourite event to attend is a live rugby matchday at Allianz Stadium for its incredible atmosphere and hospitality.

Anais joined DTB in 2026 as a Corporate Sales Executive, bringing three years of recruitment experience and a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Cardiff University. Having recently returned from travelling across Asia and living in Australia, she enjoys meeting new people and building relationships. Outside of work, her favourite thing to do is spend time with her dog, Reggie. She is also a Harry Potter fan and proudly belongs to Slytherin House!

As part of the marketing team, she enjoys creating engaging content and telling compelling stories that connect with audiences. Outside of work, she loves golf, running and hiking across the UK. Her sporting inspiration is Billie Jean King for her achievements on and off the court, helping to transform opportunities for women in sport.

He plays an important role in supporting the logistics team, helping to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, you'll usually find him watching football, enjoying good food or laughing with friends. His fun fact? He holds a black belt in karate.

Logistics and Operations Assistant / PA to CEO
Anais Ambrose
Anais brings a strong background in sport, hospitality and event experiences, with degrees in Sport Science and Management and Sport Psychology. Having worked in VIP hospitality at major events including Royal Ascot, BST Festival and Taste of London, she is passionate about creating memorable experiences for clients. Outside of work, she's an avid Formula 1 fan, enjoys travelling, staying active and exploring the outdoors. Her sporting inspiration is Leah Williamson for her impact on women's sport and future generations.

Lily Regan
Lily joined DTB in 2026 as a Logistics and Operations Assistant after travelling across Southeast Asia and Australia. She supports the logistics team, helping to ensure every event runs smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, she enjoys music, spending time with friends and her large Irish family. A former competitive Irish dancer, she ranked in the top 15 in Great Britain and top 40 in the world.

Office Barker
Ralphie joined DTB in 2018 and has been keeping the team entertained ever since. As the office’s four-legged greeter, he enjoys welcoming visitors, helping with office clean-up and making sure everyone gets plenty of attention. Outside of work, he loves walks, food and plenty of barking. He may be small and cute, but don’t let that fool you, his bark certainly says otherwise.

Snoop has been keeping the DTB team on their toes since 2013. As the office's four-legged motivator, he makes sure everyone stays productive, with tennis balls, shoelaces and plenty of cuddles helping him keep morale high. Don't be fooled by his adorable looks, he's known for stealing hearts wherever he goes.
