The BRIT Awards Move to Manchester for 2026
For the first time in its history, the BRIT Awards are leaving London and heading north to Manchester. The iconic celebration of British music is set to take place at the brand-new Co-op Live arena for both the 2026 ceremony.
After nearly five decades in the capital, and 15 years at The O2 arena, this move marks a significant new chapter for the prestigious awards show. The BRIT Awards 2026 will be held on Saturday, February 28th
This event also marks another milestone for Co-op Live, the UK’s newest live entertainment arena, which opened in May 2024 and has already drawn acclaim from fans and artists. It's a new era for the BRIT Awards, celebrating not only the very best of British and global music but also the diverse and vibrant talent from all corners of the country.
